To appropriately and effectively tackle the challenges of incivility, our team conducted primary and secondary research. We used these findings to inform our final tactics and strategies.
Secondary Research
Our secondary research served as the base for our primary research process. Partly provided by our client, the secondary research informed what exact direction we would go in when deciding what exact methods we would conduct.

Primary Research
Our primary research, inspired by our secondary research, included multiple surveys, a focus group, and eight individual interviews. Our findings from these research methods were compared and analyzed to reason the best tactics for the remaining campaign.
